Refund policy

At PawsitivePets™, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

✅ Returns

You have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

-Unused and in the same condition you received it.

-In the original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

💵 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order included free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

All returns require prior approval and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Our team will review your request and issue an RMA number with the return shipping address.

Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of your return package.

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
